HUSH Garage Door Service ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit our quote form or call us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, postal code or suburb, the service you need, and any notes or photos you choose to attach. We use this only to respond to your request and provide service.
Service providers
To manage your request we store it in a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), which acts as our service provider and processes data on servers located in the United States. Our website and form are hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process your information only on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Text messages and email (CASL)
If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you by call, text, or email about your specific request, for example to confirm your appointment window or send your quote. We will only send you marketing or promotional messages (service tips and offers) if you check the optional consent box, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling us. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and which buttons or links you interact with. We do not collect your name, phone number, email, or full postal code through analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics service from Microsoft, to see how the site is actually used so we can fix what is confusing or broken. Clarity records general activity during your visit, such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and which pages you viewed, and combines it into anonymized heatmaps and session replays. It is configured to mask personal information: anything you type into a form field, and the parts of the page that display your name, address, phone number, email, or reference number, are hidden before the recording leaves your browser and are never uploaded to Microsoft. Clarity sets cookies and processes this data on Microsoft servers outside Canada, under Microsoft's own privacy commitments. You can disable cookies in your browser. Clarity does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but it does honour Global Privacy Control, and you can opt out of Microsoft's analytics telemetry entirely by selecting Microsoft on the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and provide garage door service, to follow up on your request, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
